Refund policy

1. Return Policy

Non-Returnable Products

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, most pharmaceutical products cannot be returned once sold, unless:

The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is expired at the time of delivery.

 

Products not eligible for return include:

Opened or used medicines.
Products without original packaging.
Temperature-sensitive medications
Personal care or hygiene products.

 

2. Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement under the following conditions:

You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged in transit.
The product was defective or expired upon delivery.

 

Replacement Conditions:

Replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery.
The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and with batch number and invoice intact.
Photo or video evidence of the issue must be submitted during the claim.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

The product is out of stock and cannot be shipped.
You have cancelled the order before dispatch.
A replacement is not possible for a damaged/incorrect product.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business daysafter approval.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after collecting account details securely.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled due to the perishable and sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products.
