SHIPPING POLICY

Important International Shipping Information:

MHCL Responsibility

  • In order to ensure the highest chances of successful timely delivery, MHCL shall provide following shipping with each order:
    1. Prescription for the products from our in-house licensed Ayurvedic practitioner in name of customer (as per the information provided)
    2. Packaging that mentions every ingredient in the product
    3. MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), as required for each product
    4. Product literature
    5. Invoice
    6. Packaging list

Customer Responsibility

  • The customer will be solely responsible to check their respective Customs / Border Control department if the ordered products are allowed for import for personal use, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
  • Any extra Custom import duties will be paid will be borne by the customer.
  • In the eventuality that a shipment gets held up or confiscated by the importing country’s Customs / Border Control department, the customer shall be responsible to have the same released. MHCL shall not be held responsible and made liable, legally or financially, for the goods that do not reach the customer due to Customs and import regulation issues.

Dates and Timings of Shipping:

  • We fulfil all your orders received before 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday on the same day. 
  • For orders received post 5:00 PM on any day between Monday to Friday, we ship the products on the next working day.
  • In the eventuality of an holiday, please note that the order will be shipped on the next working day.

Shipping Durations:

  • All your MHCL products are shipped from our office or warehouse in Mumbai, India by courier. Please allow following Estimated Delivery window from the receipt of your order.
    • For domestic (metros & central district areas): 3 – 5 days
    • For domestic (non-metros & out of city areas): 5 – 10 days
    • For international (country dependent): 10 – 21 days
  • The Estimated Delivery window provided by MHCL reflects the most standard delivery. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, local logistics disturbances or any other unforeseen complications outside of MHCL’s control.
  • The customer will receive order tracking details within 48 hrs after dispatch via SMS / email.
  • NOTE: All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. MHCL will not be responsible for such claims received later than 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Instructions

Special delivery instructions will be conveyed to the courier companies. However, as Millennium Herbal Care Limited uses third party couriers, we may not have full control over the service level of the courier company. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. in the Shipping Instructions. Millennium Herbal Care Limited takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. Millennium Herbal Care Limited is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Shipping & Handling Rates and Charges:

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

  • Domestic: All order under the value of INR 1000/- will be charged a flat shipping and handling charge of: INR 75/- per order.
  • International: Below are the shipping (courier) and handling charges as per the country and the weight of the products in the order:

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Millennium Herbal Care Limited, we strive to give you the absolute best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

  • MHCL is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
  • Return request can be accepted only within 7 days after delivery.
  • In case of any problem or manufacturing quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us on +91 8291400021 or email us at mktg@herbalmill.com and our Customer Care will be happy to assist you.
  • Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms-
  • Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by MHCL.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
  • Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
  • Once your return / refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.

For Refunds please note the following:

  • If you paid with a Credit or Debit card, you would receive a full refund and will be reflected to the bank account/card/wallet in 4-10 working days after receiving the returned products.
  • For Cash On Delivery orders, Millennium Herbal Care Limited will issue a cheque in the name of billing customer and dispatch to billing address OR if net banking details are provided, MHCL shall transfer the amount to the account within 4-10 working days after receiving the returned products.
  • For orders placed via store credit/Gift Vouchers/Promotions your refund will in the form of an online store credit for the product which may be redeemed at a later point of time on millenniumherbal.com or www.herbalmill.com.
