  1. Mucuna pruriens (Kaunchbeej) :- Improves testosterone levels and semen quality

  2. Myristica fragrans (Jaiphal) :- Relieves stress increasing both libido and potency
Significant and sustained increase in the sexual activity of normal male rats without any conspicuous adverse effects indicates that the 50% ethanolic extract of nutmeg possesses aphrodisiac activity, increasing both libido and potency, which might be attributed to its nervous stimulating property.(BMC Complement Altern Med. 2005 Jul 20;5:16)

  3. Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) :- Potent Stressbuster and rejuvenative
The results indicate that WS (Withania somnifera), has significant antistress adaptogenic activity, confirming the clinical use of the plant in Ayurveda.(Pharmacol Biochem Behav. 2003 Jun;75(3):547-55)

Due to its anabolic property, Shatavari helps to increase the volume as well as correcting the viscosity of the semen. (Chunekar, Bhavaprakash Nighantu, p. 217, 2000

  5. Asphaltum (Shilajit) :- Powerful aphrodisiac and anti oxidant
Shilajit is a well known Ayurvedic Aphrodisiac drug to treat male infertility. It also helps in treating oxidative stress by its free radical scavenging effect. (Chunekar, Bhavaprakash Nighantu, p. 321, 2000)

  6. Tribulus terrestris (Gokshur) :- Improves levels of testosterone and stamina
Chronic treatment of TT in rats increases the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate-diaphorase positive neurons (NADPH-d) and AR (androgen receptor) immunoreactivity in the PVN (Para ventricular ) region. The mechanism for the observed increase in AR and NADPH-d positive neurons in the present study is probably due to the androgen increasing property of TT. (Journal of Ethnopharmacology Volume 96, Issues 1-2, 4 January 2005, Pages 127-132)
