- Idiopathic oligospermia :-
Oligospermia is defined as low number of sperm count. When the cause for such low sperm count cannot be established it is known as idiopathic oligospermia.
Symptoms :-
- Sperm count less than 20 million sperms per millimeter per ejaculate.
- Male factor infertility.
- Asthenospermia :-
It is the term for reduced sperm motility.
Symptoms :-
- It decreases the sperm quality
- Sperm Motility is less than 20%
- Reduced fertility in men.
- Teratospermia :-
Teratospermia is a condition characterized by the presence of sperm with abnormal morphology that affects fertility in males.
- Sperm heads that are large
- Sperm heads that are small
- Sperm heads that are tapered
- Tails that are abnormally shaped
- Male infertility
Causes :-
- Infections to the testes, sperm etc
- Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD)
- Hormonal causes
- Idiopathic or unknown

- Avoid tea coffee alcohol and any other intoxicant
- Increase intake of milk and milk products
- Eat fresh and nutritious meal
