- Acne :-
Acne is a common inflammatory skin condition characterized by pimples on the face, chest, and back. It occurs when the pores of the skin become clogged with oil, dead skin cells, and/or bacteria.
Causes :-
- Genetic
- Hormonal
- Stress
- Diet :- The allergies to certain foods can cause the trigger of the acne problem in an individual.
- Washing the Face Too Often
- Plugging Oil Ducts
- Selecting Greasy Skin Care Products and Oily Cosmetics
- Medications :- Acne can be caused as a side effect of certain drugs, which include barbiturates, seizure medication and steroids.
Ayurvedic treatment:- Medication - Sangpure tablets and/or liquid
Dietary changes :-
- Eat a balanced, nutritious diet
- Avoid tea coffee and carbonated drinks
- Avoid late nights.
- Avoid oily spicy difficult to digest food
- Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables
Lifestyle changes:
- Avoid using soaps to wash face. Simple wash with water is fine
- Use chickpea flour to wash face, Chandan and neem are also good facepacks
- Exercise regularly
- Sleep on regular times

Causes :-

- Allergy to soaps, cosmetics, clothes, detergents or some kind of jewellery
- Abnormal function of the immune system
- Environmental factors like change in temperature , humidity etc
- Factors that trigger stress and anxiety can trigger eczema.
Symptoms :-
- Intense itching
- Dry, scaly and reddened skin appearance
- Excessive itching leading to blisters or scratch marks on the skin
- Leathery look of the skin due to prolonged itching

Atopic dermatitis :-
Atopic dermatitis is a chronic skin disease characterized by itchy, inflamed skin. Atopic dermatitis is believed to be caused by an abnormal function of the body's immune system. The condition tends to come and go, depending upon exposures to triggers or causative factors.
Contact eczema :-
This is the inflammatory and itchy condition of the skin when it comes in contact with an allergen like soap, clothes, detergents etc.Seborrhic dermatitis / Eczema.
