- Viral Hepatitis :-
Hepatitis means inflammation or swelling of the liver due to which its functions are impaired. In viral hepatitis, the causative factor for inflammation is a virus. There are five types of viral hepatitis and important ones are A, B and C.
Symptoms of viral hepatitis :-
- Loss of appetite
- Low grade fever
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Indigestion
- Dark colored urine and pale bowel movements
- Headache
- Body ache
- Fatigue

- Soups made of mung daal

Lifestyle changes :-
- Rest and relax

When the percentage of fat deposited in the liver is 10 percent of the complete weight of the liver, it is known as fatty liver. The liver is unable to break down the fats and hence it gets accumulated. Sometimes it can lead to inflammation of the liver called steatohepatitis, which can cause serious problems.
Symptoms of fatty liver :-

- Pain in upper abdomen (Right side)
- Mostly asymptomatic
Causes of fatty liver :-
