  • Flatulence / Abdominal gas :-

    Flatulence is a state of having excessive gas in the stomach or intestines. Passing gas or flatus is a normal routine but when it becomes excessive, it can become embarrassing.

    Symptoms :-
    • Indigestion
    • Headaches
    • Loss of appetite
    • Loss of sleep

    Causes :-
    • Swallowing air through activities like chewing gum, chewing tobacco or having carbonated drinks
    • Eating hot pungent and spicy food
    • Eating rapidly and talking while eating
